2nd semester goals

1. I am different now than last August because when i first came here I was all quiet because I felt uncomfortable going to a school where I didn't have friends. And when I came to high tech high I started learning new things.

2. I think the important skills would be cooperating in class, completing the blogs and homework's,and update your DP.
because I noticed if you don't complete the blogs and update your DP it really affects your grade.

3. One thing i would want to improve this semester would be completing the blogs & updating my DP. I will complete this by the end of the semester.

4. I am curious about abortion; I would study abortion because it gets me thinking...
like why do women get abortions?I don't think its right for women to get an abortion. There are many things I'm curious about but I can't think of any at the moment.

election 2008

So first of all my question would be, Why does Obama want to kill babies? I searched it up on google and it told me that he wanted to babies who's mothers don't want the child. But i disagree on his opinion because the baby is already alive, its living and breathing. I don't see why Obama would want to do that to a child. I got that from this link and I also got that from William because when he said that Obama was a baby killer it got me to search this up and find out if it was true of not.

If i were 18 i would vote McCain because he seems like he would be a good president. Also because he was in the military and he knows what its like to be in it, unlike Obama he never served the military. Here's a link where it says he stands against everything in this country.

Well even though i don't know much about Obama and McCain i would go for McCain because he isn't a baby killer! and it seems like he would be a better president. Here would be the links to support why McCain is better president than Obama. McCain seems like he will be a better president.

My aunt is my hero because she never gives up. Whenever she had a hard time she never gave up. Whenever I need help with something she would help me, she's always there for me through thick and thin. She took care of me when my mom was in the Philippines.

I like this picture because it seems like he is thinking of something, of an idea.
And i like this picture because it seems interesting. The setting or the background of the picture looks calming. The white rocking chair seems to be peaceful and quiet. Another reason why i chose this picture was because he looks kind of depressed or it either seems like hes trying to think of an idea. The guy's outfit looks nice and it also doesn't match the setting so it makes him stand out.

1. My predictions were accurate by thinking that the book would be a sad story, because in most of the chapters it was sad.

2. My predictions were very accurate when I predicted it would be realistic fiction like when in the book when it said that Lily ran away from home because of how T-ray treated her.

3. My predictions were less accurate when i predicted it would be a happy story in the beginning of the book. The difference was that at the beginning of the book it was kind of depressing and i was wrong when i predicted it would start out happy. At the beginning of the story it says how Lily lost her mother and how T-ray doesn't treat her like a daughter.

Last weekend I went to the Mira Mesa street fair with my best friend Emily. There was so much people!The street fair was kind of crowded. I saw all my friends from Mira Mesa and Scripps Ranch high school. Emily and I watched a bunch of performances from many people. When Emily and I went to the street fair we met up with my friend Mareann. The roaring rides kept getting louder and louder. We saw little kids performing their hip shaking hula dance! it was so cute! it made me want to learn hula.
While all three of us were walking around the wonderful street fair we decided to walk to the rec since it was near the street fair. While we were walking around we saw the nice green grass. We also saw a lot of skaters skating at the "stretch", that's what the skaters call a long sidewalk in the rec. After the rec we walked back to the street fair and decided to eat at Carl's Jr. , When we went inside Carl's Jr. it was so crowded with many teenagers, we saw some of our friends there. So we hung out a bit inside Carl's Jr. After that we walked back to Emily's and that's pretty much what i did last weekend.
